Ok. So I didn't know where to put this.....

So my friend wants to take me Virginia for 4 days with her family. They are visiting family in Virginia at a lake house, where we will be staying. The problem is that I can't sleep over at other peoples houses becuase my anxiety keeps me up. And my friends mom is worried about me "messing up" the stay becuase I won't be able to sleep. But also, I have my period right now and my period is weird, I just got it yesterday, but it comes in heavy amounts of blood, lasting for about a week, and I can't put a tampon in becuase I just don't know how. So should I go with them to Virgina or should I go with my other friend to her cousins house to go swimming (ironic right)
