I'm about 12 dpo and got about 6 BFPs over the weekend. I've been spotting since Saturday and most of it is brown and not too heavy. However, yesterday I experienced cramps most of the day along with some brown and red spotting. I feel better today but I'm still having some spotting. I have an appointment with my doctor next week and I sent her email, but has anyone else experienced this early on and still ended up with a normal, healthy pregnancy?

I just came off BC at the beginning of the month and this would be my first pregnancy. Hoping I didn't get my hopes up by testing so early.
