I get that when I eat really salty food, I don’t know what it is but goes away after a day or so, I think salt burns my skin lol

That happens to me a lot. It just means you're dehydrated or your lips are just really dry. Just use chapstick constantly and it'll go away.

Could be a reaction to something if you started using a new kind of Chapstick, makeup, or anything like that.
