Im a newbie, everything is different when you dont just think about yourself anymore... So that being said, my eating habits need to change. I am a bigger girl as it is, my goal is to not get BIGGER but to maybe lose weight by changing my eating habits and just being healthy for me and the baby. Also im having horrible knee pains from my weight straining them. I move a lot during the day as im a caregiver but i dont workout other than that.

Anyone have any meal plans and exercises for when youre pregnant AND after? This has gotta change!
