Sick after glucose test?

Today I had my glucose test, I passed but I have been feeling horrible all day. I almost immediately was gassy from the drink. Then I felt neasous and a few hours later just lousy and tired. I feel like I ate a whole bunch of really bad food, like I could still throw up. Not sure what to do to counteract the stress I just put on my endocrine system from that sugar drink!!
