This really works! I use cloth wipes for baby. I just use water with coconut oil (1 cup water, 1 tbsp coconut oil). My daughter has acne on her face, chest, neck. I saw it's just recommend to wash with water. I use the coconut oil water and it is gone within 30 minutes! If I use it 3 times a day it keeps it under control! It's awesome. I just use a cloth, dip it in, rub on acne areas, and air dry. Just wanted to share in case you need an idea.
