Loss of Appetite after Birth?

Question

I have yet to gain my appetite back after giving birth on the 16th. I havent had a whole meal, i only take a couple of bites and am full. Did anyone else lose there appetite? No food sounds good to me at all.

I'm right there with you. Delivered the 18th and haven't had much of an appetite since being home. I also have a terrible upset stomach so what I do eat sends me right to the bathroom and then some...making it harder to want to eat! I've called my dr asking to make sure this was normal since we are now going on day 4-5 but no response ☹️

Yep it's normal especially if you breastfeed. With my first baby I was like this and it was very important to still take my prenatal pill, shakes and healthy snacks at least. I lost so much weight too! Praying that happens again 😜

I had my baby girl on the 15th and I completely lost my appetite..BUUTTT I have been forcing myself to eat as much as I can whether it's toast in the morning or pretzels in the after or crackers and drinking water and Gatorade because I'm breast feeding and if I don't eat and keep food in my system then that will effect my milk supply and then my baby won't have any..I've started gaining my appetite back slowly now..hopefully you girls will too!

Omg me. I eat something little like a bag of chips a day. No appetite whatsoever :/
