I didn't have anything like that with either of my mc. My 1st was really early (4 or 5 weeks?), and I didn't find a sack or placenta, just a tiny white-ish bean (I wasn't even sure I'd been pregnant/had a mc until I did research during my 2nd mc). And the 2nd was a blighted ovum, so no sack, no baby, just placenta.

However, there's is a site dedicated to helping women thru miscarriages & memorializing lost babies. It's called lost innocents, and I have seen images like yours on this site. FYI it is intended for Catholics, but is open to anyone dealing with mc/stillbirth. There are lots of photos that can help you identify baby, sack, placenta, etc., so be prepared.

I'm so sorry. That looks like what happened during my mc as well. The good news is that my bleeding lessened to almost nothing after I passed it. Thinking about you xoxo

I'm sorry for your loss. Yes the baby came out in the sac and I could see everything. Placenta came out shortly after.

Mine, last week, looked like a large clot followed by a ball like clot the next morning. It was very traumatizing. It wasn't my guest miscarriage but it was the first time I passed something. I'm still in a state of fear and disbelief.
