Having a miscarriage while surrounded by pregnant friends

I miscarried a week ago, starting on Father's Day, and it is really hard being surrounded by pregnant people.. My sister, 3 of my best friends, and one of my best friend's sister are all pregnant. I'm not going to be one to say they can't talk about their pregnancies around me and I'm not going to not be happy and excited for them, especially my sister who lost her daughter back on February at 7 1/2 months due to the cord wrapping around her neck, but it is still really hard to see all of their pregnancy posts and belly pictures... I feel like I don't have anybody to talk to about it because I don't want to make them feel bad for being pregnant while I'm going through this... My sister and I were 5 days apart, too..
