I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what I can expect to experience? My pregnancy started off perfectly normal. Went for my first ultrasound at 8 weeks and measured 5 with no heartbeat. Started checking hcg level after that. I was at 10k and following week 8k. So it's dropping. I have ultrasound Thursday to confirm the loss but I still have no bleeding or cramping. I should be almost 11 weeks but if the baby stopped at 5 weeks, when can I expect things to change? I've already cried my heart out for 3 weeks. Now I just want to be prepared for what's to come. 😭
