I got the Depo shot on June 16th.. making this coming Thursday my second week on it. For three days, I have been experiencing light cramping when laying on my stomach or sometimes peeing. This is not something I've ever had a problem with in the past. However, today was horrible. The pain was excruciating and so sudden. I was in tears for a good hour or so while trying to spend time with my boyfriend. PLEASE let me know if you've had the same experience, and how you helped lighten the pain. 😿
