Should I be worried if I have never seen a positive ovulation test?

I been ttc for 10 months and have only started using opk's the last 3 months but have never seen a positive one.

You may not be ovulating at all. You should talk with your doctor. That happened to me. After 10 months trying I went in and found out I wasn't ovulating. Luckily that's an easy fix and he started me on clomid which helps you to ovulate. I hope that helps! Good luck!

Have you been testing at multiple times of the day? It can be easy to miss your surge otherwise. So test mid morning, afternoon and evening to make sure you catch it. .
