I'm 10DPO, I've got sharp pains in my right side? Should I be concerned?

I'm 10DPO and have sharp pains in my right side. It's not unbearable but it is rather painful. It's not like period pains and it comes and goes. Is this something to be concerned about? Should I do something if it gets worse overnight? It's 9:44pm here so I can't go to a dr.

This could be implementation cramps, I had them with my second pregnancy! Mine only lasted about 5 mins or so! How long have you had yours?

I had these and tested 3 days later and got a positive, could be implantation!
