Hello anyone can help I am roughly between 5/7dpo AF due 7th July
Since Saturday evening been having cramps and niggling pains in lower abdomen, not on a specific side..
They have been a lot less pronounced end of yesterday to today but still feel slightly different to what I do normally
I don't normally get these before a AF although on the first day is what the cramps felt like?
Anyone had a similar symptom? Any help please xxx
