Is coffee ok while breast feeding?

I would like to know from breast feeding moms 
Have you taken coffee while breast feeding?

Unless you notice a change in your baby it's fine. I have a ton.

I just try to drink it right after I feed my baby. But I probably have more caffeine then 200mg a day

Yep just stay around the same caffeine as during pregnancy. Under 200mg a day so 2 8oz cups of coffee

I slowed my caffeine intake while pregnant but not on purpose. I drink more than 2 cups a day easy, and my babes does fine with it. If you didn't have a lot of coffee while pregnant just watch your LO for signs of tummy upset or gas afterwards. Some babies do fantastic and others get wiry and fussy.

I think it depends on the baby. Some days I drink a crapload of caffeine and I've never seen any changes in my baby. For others I've heard it affects them a lot.

Yes,just don't over do it. Keep within the same guidelines as during pregnancy.

Yup. I don't have it often so I only have about as much as when I was pregnant. However you can have a lot more than pregnancy.
