Pregnancy after miscarriage

Hi ladies! I just found out I was pregnant after losing our baby in March. I am over the moon excited but I'm so paranoid and nervous about everything. I'm having a lot of cramping and just tired but I also have 2 1/2 year old that keeps me super busy! I was curious if any other ladies hardly had any symptoms after a miscarriage. I am  tying not to over think everything but my anxiety gets the best of me. Thanks ladies! 😄
