Meal help after baby is born

Do any of you have experience using takethemameal.com? I want to set up a meal schedule for friends and family that want to help with bringing us meals in the days after I return home from the hospital. Im wondering if anyone has used it before and has any insight as to when they set the start date and how long should I have it go for? I'm due July 13, but baby is weighing closer to the 9th doc says. Thanks in advance!
