Shocked! 3+ weeks pregnant

Went to the doctors today and he got me to wee in a pot then I find out I'm pregnant! 3+ weeks pregnant. But this morning k accepted a new job and handed my notice in where I work now and I'm so scared that this is all going to change it. What do I do keep it? Get an abortion (which I don't really agree on and never have) but I've just got a job doing what I love I'm so confused my heads a mess spoke to my parents and they are really supportive no matter what but I just don't know I really don't know what's best to do 😢😢
