HELP!!

I have just gonr to maine with my male friends his dad and their grandparents that I hardly know I am 15 years old and my vagina is itching like CRAZY! AND IM NOT SURE IF I AM ON MY PERIOD I HAVE BEEN LIKE SPOTTING FOR A WEEK NOW? IDK IM KINDA WORRIED but do I tough it out and get over myself or do I put something on it? Please please help me asap!
