Need advice!

Found blood in my urine, went to the hospital, tested me for a uti which came back neg. they gave me a script for a uti anyways and told me to follow up with my obgyn which they won't even see me for another week! Not even sure what I should do? I'm not cramping and this nausea is a pain in the butt keeps me in bed for most of the day. Could really use some advice
