C section moms when are you going work out again
I've been wanting to work out already but I want to heal properly first idk if 6 weeks is going to be enough for me bc i haven't really rested. But tired at looking at my body already. Think it's because I've had two babies within these 3 years. I've miss my body. Anyways how till you mommas going to wait and what kind of work outs are you planning because of the c section?
