Early Pregnancy Signs??

Question

Over the last week or two I've been experiencing bloating, frequent urination, heartburn & insomnia as well as white frequent discharge.. Has anyone related to these signs at the very early stages of their pregnancy? 
I'm yet to take a pregnancy test however I've a week to go until my period is due 🙂

A week before my period was due I had period like cramps, really tired, heavy/fuller breast. Then I got my bfp the day of my expected period.

Yes these can all be signs of pregnancy but they are also signs of a period, aside from the insomnia. And I had the opposite, I was horribly tired before finding out I was pregnant and still am.
