Yes it can also cause bleeding to drip/flow out of your vagina during/ after sex depending on how rough and forcefully he hit ur cervix

no i havent heard or know of that affecting getting pregnant ata all so u should be fine i have read it may affect pregnancy if ur already pregnant and u get a bruised cervix. Im no expert so maybe just research if u what more info but of what i know it doesn't :)
