Non medicated BC
So, I can't stand what BC does to my hormones. They throw me way off. We've had three kids and we're done. Hubby has agreed to a vasectomy but until that happens, were using withdrawal method. I'm currently breastfeeding and don't have a period. Otherwise we'd do rhythm method. Anyone been able to do rhythm method without a period? How do you track?
