Weird question I know 😂 I find myself having to use the toilet for the "big" thing literally at the same time everytime. It also always happens just once a day then I have a few days in a row when I don't need to use the toilet. What about you, ladies?

You need to at least once a day. Try eating bananas,coconut oil drink lots of water. Those will help with ur digestive system 👍

I shit like only twice a week..no lie, and I know it's not healthy  but it's been like this since I could remember.

I used to not go every day. Now it's once a day and sometimes more than that. I eat an extremely high fiber diet. It also takes me about 1 minute while it takes my husband soooo loooong!
