My name is Chelsey. I'm 26 years old. I'm pregnant with baby number 3 and I miscarried one. When I found out that I was pregnant, they told me that my hcg level was 1145. They didn't see anything on the ultrasound so they put me at about 4 weeks pregnant. Four days later, I had some bleeding like a period but only had tiny bits of lining come out. I went to the doctor and she told me that I was miscarrying. She did some blood work and my hcg level dropped to 176. I stopped bleeding 5 days later. I go for an MRI and found out that my hcg level dropped again to 28. I go back for an MRI and find out that my hcg level jumped to 81. My doctor thinks that it is retained tissue, but I don't think it is. I have never had anything like this before. If everyone could weigh in on this, hopefully it will give me some peace of mind.
