So pre pregnancy My butt was very large and toned, and then I became pregnant and stopped working out my glutes. I'm 30 weeks and seeing my butt in the mirror after showering really disappoints me now. What are some safe excercises I can still do to work up my glutes again? Need recommendations please 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
