Over weight and trying to get pregnant
So I'm leaving tomorrow my fiance and I got a room Monday and Tues to spend time with each other we had sex over 3 times and he came in me 3 times today my fertility percentage is at 27 percent and I am also 270 pounds and haven't been able to conceive a child with anyone . I just need some advise some help and a friend maybe .
