Endometriosis?Pregnancy?IUD??

Hello! To give you some background on my health, ect. I got a skyla IUD in September of last year, and my mom suspects that endometriosis runs in the family. I brought this up to my Gyno when I went in for the first time and about my super periods and how the pain is unbearable (to the point of gagging) and she blew me off as its regular for teens (I am currently 17). I got the IUD to control my period symptoms and protection on top of condoms. I am currently sexually active and I am very concerned right now.

This started up a month ago but very oddly around night usually late, I get a throbbing pain that feels like a cramp only on my right side near my right ovary. It hurts to move and is difficult to sleep. And after each time I have intercourse it starts up.I took a pregnancy test a few weeks ago because I was paranoid this would be a symptom, but I am not pregnant last time I checked. It has not changed my period, but it is very concerning how long this has been going on. Should I go to the Gyno, has anybody experienced this?

(Please no comments about my age and being sexually active. I am asking for guidence not critisizm.)
