Pain beneath rib cage? 😭

I am 26 weeks with my first child and have been experiencing pinching pain beneath my rib cage. I'm not exactly sure what it is, but it feels as though my lungs are pressed too tightly against my ribs and sometimes I find it hard to breathe. I know all of the organs are really cramped together at this stage, but is this something you ladies have experienced as well, or should I be concerned by the pains I'm feeling? I have a doctors appointment set up, but it isn't for 10 more days. Thanks for your responses and advice in advance 💖
