Don't know but we started TTC in May over 3 days using a digital opk to track ovulation... I did it each time (legs up bum on a pillow for around 20 minutes). My SO teased me but I got pregnant right away and I'm 36!! 😀 First baby. 🎉❤️

Probably not. They say it only takes just a few seconds for the sperm to reach the cervix.
BUT, I did it for a whole month of ttc, and found out I was pregnant hahaha.
So I say go for it :) it made ME feel like I was "helping" the little swimmers as much as I could. They also recommend don't pee for at least 30 minutes after. I used to pee immediately to avoid a uti, but then I read to hold it for a little bit and I did, and like I said, I don't know if it's a coincidence, but next month I got a bp+.
