Okay so I started birth control about two weeks ago. I'm on an extended cycle so I should only have my period every three months. I've been spotting for 3 days now and my cramps are KILLER! I've never had cramps this bad. I literally have 2 heating pads. One on my back and one on my lower stomach. Taken two midols, two pain relievers, taken a hot shower and eaten a banana. (Bananas are supposed to help w cramps) NOTHING IS WORKING 😭😭😭 help
