This past week I have been getting numb and tingly arms and hands off and on all day and it gets much worse at night. It's to the point where it's keeping me awake and a little painful! Sometimes when I grip something a little hard to open like a jar or the steering wheel of my car, I have shooting pains! Anyone else and do you have some helpful tips for dealing with this or know why it's happening to me? 25+3 here. Thanks y'all!
