When are you announcing baby's name?

We're having a tough time deciding, we are so excited about her name and I absolutely love it and want to shout it from the rooftops but are dreading the inevitable annoying/rude/unsolicited comments and suggestions.

We announced his name as soon as we found out his gender but we werent worried about rude comments. :( Hopefully you dont have to deal with that.

I'll tell people if they ask but I wanted to wait until after she's born to put it on social media but my moms been telling everyone 😒

Waiting til after baby is born to announce the name because people just keep giving their opinion and what they would like and what they think and what we shouldn't name our child so I just avoid the conversation and tell them we have names set aside no I don't want your opinion or your suggestions. It's very annoying and rude if you ask me. If a woman has a name set go with it. You don't tell her you don't like it or give her other options unless she ask.
