I usually never cared when people spoke nonsense but this lady yesterday annoyed me. I was sitting in the wheel chair since I'm on bed rest waiting for someone to take me to the ultrasound room. She came straight to me and asked "are you here to have a baby?". I told her I'm just 34 weeks. She said "oh my God, you are big, you are big, you are BIG!!" I kept quiet. Then she looked at my tummy again and asked "is it a big baby or are you having twins?". I told her I'm having twins and that's why I'm big. She asked me if I knew the genders and I said it's a boy and a girl. She exclaimed "Bless you!" With wide eyes. Just then her daughter came out of the bathroom and she narrated the whole story to her. She showed her daughter to me and told she's having twin girls in a sad tone as if twin girls are not a blessing. By then I had already lost it so I didn't bother to respond to her. Her daughter is 6' tall and has a long torso. I'm only 5'6" so apparently my 5 lb babies can only grow in the forward direction. Finally her daughter wished me good luck and they both walked away. Nosy lady!! Bloody hell, I walk like a duck, I can't walk without support, I'm visibly in wheel chair, I look like a patient, so yeah I know and I can see I'm big. I need no one to confirm that to me, thank you.
