Cramps. Please help

I'm 5W5D. Cramps have been light and intermittent so far but this morning and right now they are more noticeable like period cramps. I'm not doubled up in pain but if this was just AF I would be taking something for it right now to ease the discomfort. Anyone else experience the same around the time? Was everything ok?
