PLEASE HELP!!!

Im 4 days late and when i went to the bathroom i whipped and had egg white cm on the paper .could i be pregnant or dose this mean periods coming iv also had cramps,more of a appetite and back aches and some sick feeling. Could anyone help me please. Thank you
