I'm 5 Weeks Postpartum & I Been Bleeding Non Stop & Yesterday I Started To Cramp Really Bad Could That Be My Period? FTM

I got mine at 5 weeks even though I ebf. I had another one 2 weeks later. Lots of people have said it wasn't a real period, but I had cramps, was emotional, broke out...all the period symptoms I normally get. Plus the bleeding lasted 4 days and went away. I was on my first period when I had my post partum check and my doctor agreed it was my period

I had PP bleeding until 3 wks out. My doctor put me in the mini pill week 4. Then on week 5 I got an actual period lasted 5 days then had a normal week for wk 6 now on wk 7 am back to a period. I also am EBF. I don't know what the deal is but I am over getting a heavy period every other damn week!

I EBF and got my period at 3weeks postpartum. My doctor said I'm one of the unlucky few. My bleeding went to pink and then yellow-white at 2wks PP then I got cramps and it went back to bright red and heavy and now to dark brown. Was as heavy and lasted as long as my prepregnabcy periods.

No help in answering your question im afraid :/ Im 7 weeks pp, stopped bleeding by 4 weeks but have just started cramping and very light bleeding red/brown.

im following this post too, and Im cursious when you can tell a difference between the two. I'm 4 weeks pp and ive been having clear/yellowish stuff and now its back to light brown/more reddish again and wondering if that's normal to go back and regress?

Anything before 8 weeks is still postpartum bleeding. Both times I had more red blood and cramps around 5 weeks too because I was overdoing it.

My first period for my first didn't come until 2.5 months after I weaned. Almost 3 months Pp this time and no period yet.
