Dieting ugh
Is anyone else having issues with eating healthy? I've never been one to eat a salad or choose the healthy item on the menu and this pregnancy makes me crave grilled cheeses and regular lays chips. It's almost all I can keep down on most days. I'm either so nauseous that I can't and don't eat at all or I only want the one thing and I'm really worried about making sure my baby is getting the proper nutrition. I'm 9 weeks and 3 days. Anyone having the same issues or have any advice?
