Letrozole without trigger?

Question

Does anyone do cycles without doing the trigger shot? This is my first cycle and I got the shot.  Took it no problem but it's on the expensive side and not sure I want to do it every cycle

I'm on my third cycle of Femara with no trigger and I normally have nonexistent periods. First month I did not ovulate with 5 mg, second month my progesterone was still "low", but my period started on its own and now I'm waiting to go back for my third month blood work next Tuesday.. Months 2 and 3 have been on 7.5 mg. Hoping this is the month!

I did femara with no trigger, but I'm able to track my ovulation pretty well with opks, temps and ovulation cramping. Goodness 1000 is a lot for tracking!! Baby dust to you!

I'm on my third round of clomid not trigger shot. Doc said that's if you don't ovulate on the medication. Shot helps you ovulate

I am on my second cycle of just Femara. My RE won't give me a trigger unless I have an ultrasound, but my insurance doesn't cover anything and we are in the process of buying a house, so I'm not spending $1000 every month for the ultrasounds.

I ovulated really well on my first round with Femara, so I don't think a trigger is really needed anyway.

This cycle I was on 7.5mg of letrozole, and I got a positive opk on cd 16, so I didn't need the trigger in my fridge. Haha
