Drinking while breast feeding
Anyone else still not consuming alcohol? I've had a couple of non-alcoholic beers to boost milk production, but no alcohol. I'm thinking I might want something over the Fourth of July weekend. Anyone have tips for alcohol consumption while breast feeding? I absolutely refuse to pump and dump, I have way too low production for that!
