What are you ladies using or doing to relieve back pain? I've tried Tylenol extra strength, heating pad, and icyhot and ITS NOT HELPING! Lol yesterday at my appointment my doctor kinda massaged my back for me and said that my muscles are really tight and that I should consider a prenatal massage. Do you ladies have any other suggestions? I'm DESPERATE lol. I'm 31+4 btw.
