OPK help! Please!!!!!

I feel like a dummy, but when should you use the OPKs? Like everyday? Or just after AF? And what urine do you test with? Is it first morning or anytime? I bought a box of 50 tests so I just plan on doing it once a day for this cycle but im not sure what time of day to do it or if I'm just wasting money doing it everyday. Guys, I'm lost. I'm upset and frustrated. 😓😓😓
