Day 1 - Finally trying to eat healthy 12wks6d
So before I got pregnant I was on a diet and was pretty thin I'd been working out at least 4-5 times a week and really ate what I wanted but made sure majority of my meals were salads or healthy and o cut out a lot of carbs. Well needless to say with this pregnancy at first I couldn't get my self to eat anything and until now all I've wanted are carbs 😫. Well I'm started to feel better -sickness- wise and gettin some energy back. Gonna try adding more salads to my meals again. Wish me luck !
