Can you ovulate with no period?

My cycle us been very irregular since I got off of birth control in October. Like to the point the doctor had me take preparations back in February to get a period and I did and conceived but sadly lost the baby in March. So in May I was on progesterone again and got my period but now in 7 days late and still no period or positive test. So in wondering if I should call the doctor I had a follow up in July but they moved it to August. And would I still be able to concieve without getting a period?

Are you tracking ovulation or anything? I wouldn't call yet, as you could be just having a long cycle. If they had to induce a period, you're not likely to be very regular. If this keeps up, you may want to see an RE to see if there are any underlying issues going on. GL!

You have to ovulate to have a period. Ovulation comes first. It's just harder to pinpoint ovulation when you're not having regular cycles because it can happen weeks or months after your last bleed.

It all depends if you ovulate. If your body is completely off your body won't always release an egg. But even irregular women can still release an egg. I highly recommend getting an ovulation predictor kit. It'll be easier since you can't just count the days

Yes you can . I got off birth control in November & conceived my daughter in Jan . So my last period was in November I was skeptical too but my Remie is proof it can happen

I dont think you can ovulate without a period, but i could be wrong.
