Went to the doctor for my first u/s and they seen nothing according to my app i should be 5 weeks im a little nervous should i head to the er and get checked up The second picture is a picture i took two weeks ago when i fist found out i was pregnant

5 weeks is really early for them to see anything. Unless you're cramping and bleeding I see no reason to spend your evening waiting around in an ER and being sent home with nothing but a bill. I know it's scary in the early days, but there is nothing wrong with you or the baby based on the post you wrote.

I know it's impossible but try not to sorry.  With a strong pregnancy test and no bleeding or cramping you should be fine!  Usually there's not much of anything to see til at least 6 weeks, and even then it's early!  You may also be a few days behind where you think you are.  Feel Good!
