Using a used My Brest Friend

Okay, so I found an awesome second hand store here where I live in Tacoma. They have used My Brest Friend pillows at their store, and I am seriously considering getting one, as they are $12.99 plus tax. What do you all think about getting used breast feeding pillows like the My Brest Friend or the Bobby?
