Don't feel pregnant

Hi all... So I got my BFP 2 weeks ago and I am now 6w3d and I do not feel pregnant at all. My boobs are a little sore but they are like that all the time... Can't see the doc until 10 weeks so I'm stressing. I just don't want to get to that appointment and find out I've had an early miscarriage. Ugh I hate this!
