Does anyone else get sad at night?

Ah closer to evenings I get in a really sad mood. Does this happen to anyone else almost every evening? I'm happy alllll day long and then evening hits and I get sad. Sad enough to wear if someone asks me "are you okay?," I cry.

Fatigue really brings on mood swings, you're just tired and for some people it brings on depressive feelings. It does that for me too with anxiety. The more tired I am the more anxious I am about nothing.

Since I got pregnant, sometimes I get sad and worried at night about things
, usually it is when I can't fall asleep.

I kinda feel that way I wouldn't call it sad for me though. It's more just emotional because I'm always so busy during the day that I crash at night and just get so emotional because I'm soo tired. I also get stressed a bit because I know I'm not going to sleep well and be tired again tomorrow. Vicious cycle lol. But if you have concerns I'd bring it up to the doctor. Only you know yourself best! Might be a bit of depression so I'd bring it up next time
