Get some Gatorade (freeze it) and suck on it. All last week I was puking and feeling horrible! I froze Gatorade and got the electrolytes back inside of me and it even stopped the nausea. Greek Yogurt, Peach Ginger Tea and Gatorade are all that stays down right now!
I am 7 weeks today. I have bloating, awful morning sickness, dizzy spells, and definitely dehydrated but trying to fix that. 😷
